Helping Hardworking Families Find Financial

Confidence, One Relationship At A Time.

Elias Randel

Vice President | Wealth Advisor

Elias Randel knows that building something worthwhile takes focus and determination. Before he stepped into the world of finance, Elias was balancing business classes and the demands of playing football at Coe College. It was there that he learned the importance of discipline, teamwork, and strategic thinking. After graduating in 2011, he worked in construction, gaining a firsthand understanding of the financial challenges and goals of hardworking families.

Those experiences shape how Elias serves his clients today. As a Wealth Advisor, he guides individuals and families as they navigate their long-term financial goals. Many of his clients are blue-collar families who have done a great job saving and building wealth during their working career and are looking for guidance as they transition to retirement.

For Elias, financial planning isn’t just about numbers, it’s about people.

During the bear market of 2021, a client confided in me that her biggest worry wasn’t market losses but whether she could keep buying healthy groceries for her grandchildren. That conversation reminded me that our work is rooted in relationships. Investments are important, but understanding what truly matters to clients is everything.

Elias’s philosophy centers on simplicity, balance, and building his clients’ confidence. He believes that financial planning doesn’t have to be complicated or overwhelming. Instead, it should be clear, practical, and tailored to each person’s unique goals. For Elias, true financial success comes from finding balance: saving wisely, spending intentionally, and avoiding decisions driven by fear or emotion.

One of the most rewarding parts of my job is watching a client’s confidence grow as we go through the planning process. You can see the moment when the uncertainty starts to fade, and they realize they have a clear path forward and someone in their corner.

Elias is passionate about making financial education accessible and approachable for everyone. He believes that when people truly understand how money works, they can make better decisions and feel more empowered about their future. Whether he’s sitting down one-on-one with a client, speaking on the radio, or recording a podcast, Elias focuses on breaking down complex topics into clear, relatable conversations. For him, financial education isn’t just about numbers—it’s about giving people the knowledge and tools to feel confident, prepared, and in control of their financial lives.

When he’s not advising clients or behind the microphone, Elias can be found coaching his kids’ sports teams, officiating football games, golfing, or traveling with his wife, Mattie—living the balance he encourages his clients to pursue.
