Mitzi Fields joined Premier Investments & Wealth Management in March 2022 as Administrative Assistant to Casey Mushrush, bringing with her a strong background in coordination, client service, and organizational support. She is a proud graduate of Iowa State University, where she earned her degree in Elementary Education in 2003.

Mitzi’s professional experience is wide-ranging, including several years as a Loan Support Coordinator with Option One Mortgage, followed by seven years serving as an Administrative Assistant at Calvary Church in Charlotte, North Carolina. There, she helped coordinate large-scale events and supported various ministerial teams, sharpening her skills in communication, problem-solving, and thoughtful client engagement. Her attention to detail, calm demeanor, and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities make her a key support resource for Casey and the clients he serves.

Mitzi and her husband, Chase, live in Fairfax, Iowa with their four children; Charlie, Patrick, Renee, and Lynn. They currently reside in the same historic home that her grandmother and father grew up in, built in 1895, adding a special sense of legacy and connection to her daily life. Outside of work, Mitzi enjoys running, gardening, attending live music events, and spending time with family and friends. Whether organizing schedules or creating a welcoming client experience, she brings warmth, care, and a strong sense of purpose to her role.
